Wake Up Call - A W Hotels Music Festival is the ultimate luxury festival and the first global hotel music festival series. In 2018, the festival launched in Bali, Barcelona & Hollywood with 81 artist performances & 125 VIP Moments. All 3 festivals sold out with properties reaching record F&B sales. Wake Up Call also became Marriott’s most successful live stream capturing 13.1M Youtube views.

Bizbash Event Style Awards named  Wake Up Call Music Festivals the "Best Events of the Decade (2020)." Wake Up Call was also recognized with Gold Distinction at the Shorty Awards for Live Events for "Best Live Event Coverage, Live Streaming Video" (2019). 

OUR ROLE:

• We were brought on by Endeavor (IMG) to support W Hotels & Marriott Bonvoy in launching the global festival series. We were tasked with directing the Music & Booking Strategy for all Artist Partnerships and curating the music across Bali, Barcelona, and Hollywood. We negotiated artist deals including content rights and requirements for promotional campaigns and live streams that produced over 1.6B potential impressions.
